The Inspector’s reports on the Poole Local Development Framework documents, Site Specific Allocations and Development Management Policies DPD and Delivering Poole’s Infrastructure DPD have been made available and both DPDs have been found sound subject to minor amendments. Both LDF documents are now expected to be formally adopted in April. The Delivering Poole’s Infrastructure DPD paves the way for Poole to introduce its Community Infrastructure Levy charging schedule (visit our Intelligence page for a briefing note on CIL) which will soon also be subject to another Examination by an Inspector.
