Bournemouth Borough Council: Pure Town Planning have just secured yet another planning consent (they really are coming thick and fast this month!) for a new detached dwelling to slot into the street frontage in Winton, Bournemouth.
But it wasn’t all plain sailing… With one week to go before the target determination date the planning officer at Bournemouth Borough Council raised a concern regarding overlooking of the neighbouring property at the rear and so, as always, we jumped into immediate action. With some swift thinking and team work between Pure Town Planning and Footprint Architects a solution was agreed and the plans amended accordingly, enabling the matter to be resolved and the planning officer back on side with a few days. The planning officer subsequently was able to make a favourable recommendation which was signed off by his team leader and the application was granted on the 8 week determination date.
