New Forest District Council: Pure Town Planning has recently achieved temporary planning permission for the temporary siting of two storage containers on a chicken farm on the northern edge of Fordingbridge. Nabney Plans prepared the supporting plans.

We were approached by the farm owner who after a series of break ins required secure facilities for the safe storage of equipment and materials required to run this business.

Once instructed, Pure Town Planning prepared a comprehensive Supporting Statement setting out the need for these two storage containers. The statement noted that the business was seeking to expand and the two containers would facilitate the storage of equipment and packaging necessary for the packing of the eggs not previously done on site. It was also noted that existing equipment such as fencing tools and grass cutting equipment along with rodenticides and pesticides also needed to be stored securely on site.

Following only minor queries from the Planning Officer, the application was approved by the New Forest District Council within the statutory time-frame much to the delight of the client.
