Bournemouth Borough Council: Our new consultant Neil McKeon got off to a flying start with success at his first planning committee for Pure Town Planning. Neil skillfully guided home a great little approval for a new bungalow on a back garden in the Moordown area of Bournemouth.
Following negotiations in the course of the application to overcome the initial concerns of Bournemouth Borough Council’s planning officer the scheme was all set for approval. However sufficient letters of objection were received from local residents – 10 is necessary in Bournemouth – to require that the decision was taken by the Council’s planning board. Neil was unfazed and attended to present a strong deputation to the committee members. The committee voted to accept the recommendation of the Council’s planning officer and full planning consent was duly granted.
