Christchurch commercial unit extension approvedChristchurch Borough Council: Pure Town Planning has recently secured planning permission for a large rear extension to a commercial premises in Christchurch. The unit is presently in use as a hot food takeaway (Use Class A5) but did not have sufficient storage space for the efficient running of the business. The tenants initially moved on two storage containers as a temporary measure and now they are trading well at the premises they are looking to upgrade them with a permanent extension.

The planning application was lodged to a tight time frame and we eased the approval through with minimal fuss well ahead of Christchurch Borough Council’s target date.
